Products with altered sizes, engravings or signs of use will not be accepted for exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase documents.

In general, items are accepted for exchange if they are returned in saleable condition and within 30 days of purchase, only in the country where the product was purchased.

Products with altered sizes, engravings or signs of use will not be accepted for exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and with the purchase documents.

All purchases made in our online store are delivered in the iconic Voulu box, delicately tied with a white satin ribbon. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a gift message for each item in your order, which will be delivered together with the gift package, inside a white envelope. If you prefer not to write a gift message, a blank card will be included with your order.

Please allow up to 12 business days for Voulu items to be shipped due to manufacturing time. Items ordered together are not always shipped together.

Voulu guarantees full responsibility for orders until the package is successfully delivered to the customer. In case of loss, Voulu will initiate an investigation in partnership with the carrier.
